Every engagement has three parts: 1. **Setup:** Claude set up inside the client's own Claude account, around the way they work (their business context, voice, documents and routines). 2. **Training:** human-led, hands-on training across the whole Claude ecosystem: Chat, Cowork and Claude Code. Claude Code is taught to non-coders too. 3. **Upkeep:** the setup is kept current as Claude changes, and only the updates that matter to the client's work are passed on. It is offered to three kinds of client, each with its own setup: - **One-Person Claude Business:** for people running a business alone. A team of Claude agents handles inbox, proposals, invoices, marketing and follow-ups while the owner makes the decisions. Also available as a build-it-yourself course ("One-Person Claude Business"); people can reserve a spot, no payment is taken. - **Teams (2 to 50 people):** connects the drives, docs and Projects a team already shares so Claude uses that knowledge in every task, plus shared Skills and role-based training. - **Enterprise:** for organisations that bought Claude licences where adoption has stalled: a rollout programme with discovery, governance, role-based learning paths and business and technical champions trained together. Pricing: every engagement is quoted personally after a short conversation. Earlier programmes and prices (including the Claude Cowork Cohort, the "Agentic AI Mastery" programme, Founder OS, self-paced tiers, coaching packages and student discounts) are discontinued.
