Refund Policy

At Eduk8agentic, we want you to feel confident in your investment. Setup, training and upkeep for one-person businesses, teams and enterprise are quoted individually, and the refund terms for that work are set out in your written quote or agreement. If you bought one of our earlier programmes, the terms you bought under still apply, as set out below.
1. Earlier Cohort Courses
14-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrolment. If you have accessed more than 25% of the course materials, refunds are at our discretion.
2. Earlier Self-Paced Course
14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided you have accessed no more than 25% of the materials.
3. Earlier One-to-One Coaching
Full refund available if requested before your first session. After sessions begin, a pro-rata refund is available minus a 10% administration fee.
4. Team and Enterprise Work (including the earlier Leadership Multiplier)
Refund terms for setup, training and upkeep are set out in your written quote or agreement. Where it does not cover refunds, a 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of your first session, provided no more than 25% of the agreed work has been delivered.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email learn@eduk8agentic.com with your name, email address, the programme or quoted work you bought, and the reason for the request. Refund requests are processed within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days to your original payment method.
6. Exceptions
Refunds are not available: after 14 days and more than 25% of content has been accessed, if your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service, or if you have previously received a refund for the same course.
7. Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
