2. Description of Services
Eduk8agentic sets Claude up in businesses, trains business people who don’t code on Chat, Cowork and Claude Code (live or self-paced, online or in person), and keeps the setup current. The scope, delivery and fees for quoted work are set out in your written quote.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
4. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in GBP. Payment is due at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan is agreed.

6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and branding are the intellectual property of Eduk8agentic and Zara Hunter. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: share login credentials, redistribute course materials, use our platform for unlawful purposes, or disrupt the learning experience for other students.
8. Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as is”. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from completing our courses.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
