Claude training for teams that don’t code
For teams of 2 to 50 people, Eduk8agentic connects the knowledge you already share, builds shared Skills once for everyone, and trains each role on Chat, Cowork and Claude Code. Then we keep it all current as Claude changes.
You pay for Claude seats and already share drives, docs and Projects. But nobody knows how to make Claude put that knowledge to work.
Who it’s for
- Teams already paying for Claude seats that few people use well
- Managers who want one way of working with Claude, not ten
- Mixed teams: people who don’t code alongside a technical colleague
- Small businesses that want everyone working from the same knowledge
What your team gets
Your shared knowledge, connected
The drives, docs and Projects you already have, set up so Claude uses them in every task.
Shared Skills
Your best way of doing each task, built once and used by everyone.
Training by role, then upkeep
Chat, Cowork and Claude Code, taught for each role to people who don’t code, and kept current as Claude changes.
How it works
1. A short conversation
Your team, your roles and the tools you already use.
2. Setup
Shared knowledge connected and your first shared Skills built inside your own Claude.
3. Live training by role
Hands-on sessions on your real work, with business and technical people in the same room.
4. Upkeep
A monthly refresh with only the Claude updates that matter to each role.

The mixed-rooms method
Team training puts business and technical people in the same room. Business people decide what to build and check the output. Technical colleagues make it secure and reliable.
In my cohort I had developers and business people side by side. The business person goes from pain to a working thing fast. They know what to build, and they understand the output. The developer tightens the screws. The best results needed both.
Questions people ask
- What size of team is this for?
- Teams of 2 to 50 people. For larger organisations, see Claude enterprise rollout.
- Do we need the Claude Team plan?
- Not necessarily. Team suits 2 to 150 people sharing one workspace, but we look at what your team wants to do and recommend the right Claude plan when you enquire.
- Are Claude chat and Cowork still separate?
- On the Pro and Max plans they are now one Claude: you just ask, and Claude either answers or takes on the whole task. Team and Enterprise organisations still see chat and Cowork separately for now. We train on whichever your organisation has.
- What if some of our team are technical?
- Good. We train business and technical people together, because the best results need both.
- Can remote or hybrid teams join?
- Yes. Training runs live online, and in person on request.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on your team and goals. Zara scopes it with you after a short conversation.
- How much does it cost?
- Every team is different, so Zara quotes personally after a short conversation.
